1. Processing
Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing phase. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once Poslaju, J&T Express or DHL has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.
 
2. Purchasing
Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via Whatsapp and email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. Squadron Malaysia offers the following shipping methods :
Poslaju or J&T Express (Domestic) : 2-5 business days
DHL for Overseas : 2-15 business days
 
3. Shipping
Yes, we ship throughout Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. Please allow 1-4 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through Poslaju, J&T Express, and DHL. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Squadron Malaysia is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package. But we will take responsibility on taking action to the courier company for you.

FAQ


1- When will my order be shipped ?
Orders are packaged and shipped everyday. However, during periods of high demand, please allow up to 6-8 business days for your package to be processed and shipped.
 
2- I received an email saying my order is on the way, but the tracking number is not valid. Can you please help me with this ?
As we print order invoices, we also print shipping labels. When customers orders are printed, a tracking number will be emailed immediately. The tracking will not update until courier company has your package and has processed the package in their system.
 
3- My order says delivered, but I haven't received anything. Please advise.
Once packages have left our HQ and in the hands of courier company, we have no control of the package. In most cases, courier company has marked the package delivered before it has actually been delivered and customers receive their package later in the day or the next day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered by courier company. Squadron Malaysia is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.
